In 2020, Roses in the Ocean will be working with members of the lived experience community and suicide prevention sector to create a lived experience of suicide online resource hub that will make the invaluable insights and perspectives of people with lived experience of suicide more accessible for everyone.
The extensive range of online resources will be created to inform, inspire, educate and support four key target audience: lived experience of suicide community and collective; suicide prevention sector; workplaces and the general public.
Consultation, collaboration and co-design will be integral to the development of these life-saving resources and your experiences and insights are essential to the project’s success.
We’re looking for individuals with lived experience of suicide who would like to take part in online discussions and surveys, join the advisory committee for the project or a working group focussed on a particular audience or subject.
Resource development kicks off in January and we will be allocating 7-week sprints for each of the 13 user profiles identified as potential users of the Resource Hub. First cab off the rank is a focus on what people with a lived experience of suicide will want from the Resource Hub.
If you would like to contribute to this 12 month resource development project please email firstname.lastname@example.org to express your interest.
