Five years ago, Andrew was confronted by loss and grief for the first time in his life. The death of his 22-year-old brother James to suicide challenged Andrew’s understanding of mental health and suicide, his faith and his behaviour as a male of the species. Andrew has since chosen a path of education and enlightenment to challenge the way men understand and share emotions.
