About LE Summit
This signature event on the suicide prevention calendar provides an interactive workshop-style forum that connects people with a lived experience of suicide with key sector organisations, researchers, clinicians, government departments and non-government organisations. It provides a platform for multi-levelled collaboration to explore innovative solutions and bring about change.
Participants at LE Summit 2023 will delve deeply into emerging innovations in suicide prevention, contribute to future research and service development, and develop connections and avenues for further integration that will extend beyond the Summit. The event will also further amplify partnership, growth, and sustainability of the lived experience of suicide movement.
The LE Summit offers a supportive space and platform for robust discussions and an opportunity to challenge our thinking, strengthen collaborations and evolve the role of lived experience of suicide in Australia.
A pre-Summit Headline Workshop will be held on Wednesday, 8 March 2023 as an additional offering for organisations to explore how to leverage the Lived Experience of Suicide Informed and Inclusive Culture Change suite of resources to integrate people with lived experience of suicide.
