The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Peer CARE Companion Services, the Victorian Peer CARE Companion Project Coordinator is responsible for the development, expansion and coordination of Roses in the Ocean’s Peer CARE Companion Warmline Victorian focussed enhancement.
This role is responsible for ensuring best practice service delivery processes are implemented and maintained in collaboration with the Warmline and Volunteer Coordinator, Service Delivery Administrator and the broader Roses in the Ocean team.
This is a varied and dynamic role requiring keen attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to plan and coordinate numerous short, medium and long-term projects at any given time.
