Roses in the Ocean speaks with Roma

In this short video, Roma shares the stories and insights of her lived experience of suicide. To be ‘othered’ as an individual is hard enough, but to be ‘othered’ as a family – socially, culturally and spiritually – is devastating.

In this Roses Radio podcast, Roma shares the stories and insights of her lived experience of suicide.

Roma grew up in Adelaide, South Australia, but struggled to ‘fit in’. Her story is one shared by many people in this country who work hard to establish identities while confronting troubling stereotypes and perceptions, and problematic behaviours that emanate as a result.
